FOUNDERS & OWNERS L/R: Justin & Hilton McAuliffe

Mission Statement

When Conrad N. Hilton founded the world-wide hotel chain, Hilton Hotels, he did so on the basis of providing five-star hospitality and service.

In keeping with Conrad Hilton’s legacy of exemplary service within the hotel and lodging industry, Hilton McAuliffe and Justin H. McAuliffe, the great-grandsons of the late Conrad Hilton; and grandsons of Barron Hilton, the former Chairman of Hilton Hotels, founded Hotel Supply Services and developed the concept of the Our Lobby Store TM for the hotel and lodging industry and Health Club Industry.

Our mission—to fill the void left by the downsizing of small gift shops and newsstand outlets, by providing owner/operators with an upscale solution to provide hotel guests and health club members with the convenience of top quality, brand name health and wellness amenities—while generating additional income for owner/operators.

Your guests and members will welcome the convenience, as well as recognize and feel comfortable utilizing the brand name products such items as: Alka Seltzer, Tylenol, Tampax, Zantac, Aleve, Tampax, Oral B Toothbrush, Claritin Nyquil, Motrin PM and additional key items.

Our Lobby Store TM  features distinctive display cases which improve the image of a hotel lobby or guest check in area, and a user friendly website interface, which streamlines the process of purchasing and reordering popular brand name health and wellness items at low and profitable costs.

Hilton McAuliffe, a graduate of Loyola Marymount University states, “The program can generate a minimum of $20,000 plus in net profits annually for the lodging and health club operator based on initial studies.”

Justin McAuliffe, a graduate of the Cornell University Hotel School 2010, “It is inconvenient for a guest to head down to the street to a local drug store for items they may have forgotten; thus our program can enhance the hotel guest’s stay with on-demand necessities.”
